According to article 13, §1 and §2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) YOIOMI STUDIO Michał Kacper Pietruszka informs that: - Your personal data administrator is YOIOMI STUDIO Michał Kacper Pietruszka (Mazowiecka 26, 81-862 Sopot) - All the personal data put in the contact form on yoiomi.com website will be processed only for contacting us and preparing marketing offer for You. - Legal basis for processing personal data is a reasonable interest of administrator (artice 6 p. 1 RODO) which is a possibility to contact and answer questions. - In case of personal data being collected for preparing marketing offer or other marketing actions, Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Your previous agreement (article 6 p. 1 of General Data Protection Regulation) especially in case we would like to encourage You to use our services, show You YOIOMI offer and in case we would like to share with You our progress and successes in our work field. - Filling in personal data is voluntary, but necessary to contact us and to get answers to questions from the contact form. Giving permission for personal data in marketing field is voluntary. - Your personal data will be deleted immediately after retracting permission for data processing, in case of data which is processed on the basis of your agreement, in longer time the data will be deleted as soon as it will be no longer necessary for company safety. - Workers of the company and other people that the company work with will be the only receivers of Your personal data. This includes people who are responsible for company’s safety and infrastructure maintenance. All of the above are obligated to keep your personal data confidential. - You have a right to access your personal data and a right to check, delete or limit it, You can also object your personal data agreements if processing data is no longer needed for the Company. - You have a right to withhold agreement for processing personal data at any moment. All that has been performed on your personal data to the moment of withholding is lasting and legal. - You have a right to make a complaint to Prezes of Personal Data Protection Office if You think that your personal data usage was validated somehow and breaches General Data Protection Regulation. - Your personal data will be not given to any third country or any international organization. - Administrator does not take any automated actions, including profile making.

Our approach to design is very extensive, but it does not result from complexes. It is largely based on the overlap of what is subtle and expressive, classic and new. We are obliged by this to create sustainable and well-thought-out projects, and we avoid the muzak style approach, even for projects with a predisposition to do so.

Our responsibility for the global environment and the local environment in which we live is a discipline with many different labels, including an ecological and sustainable approach to materials and techniques. We focus on thinking about how the design of physical goods and a thorough study of their necessity and types of materials have an impact on the intended design effect and degree of utility in industrial and natural environments. We gather knowledge and experience, so making decisions is easier for us and our clients. The result? Less impact on the environment, while still maintaining the best quality. We are leaning towards new technologies when planning production processes to stabilize costs and reduce the ecological (design) footprint.

Responsive Digital Design

We do not only study the impact of technology on the environment, we also study the impact of the environment on technologies and how they intertwine. We design and generate solutions that work in different ways, depending on the needs and range. The needs, as we know, strive for constant simplification of funds in the digital sphere. That is why we try to create efficient and dedicated solutions which accustom the recipient to new paths and build an infrastructure for new clients. Such readiness gives a lot of benefits in terms of time management and a certain end-result.

History

Like most of the projects, we started from the desk in the apartment working with different people. We still have good contact with the majority to this day and sometimes recall our beginnings during joint events. There were moments of rapid growth and even faster fall. We are an open studio in the literal sense of the word. We wouldn't call it a coworking space but the rule is that our friends come in from time to time. So if you have good intentions come, look through our window to the sea and listen to the music from 40-year-old SABA tube amplifier.

Turn it to the new

Changing old and functional objects into new ones. 70% of our studio's equipment are old and restored utility items. Old designer furniture from the 60s and 70s, books, accessories, audio equipment, and many others used on a daily basis.
