Thinking Design

Design & Service

At YOIOMI Studio, we believe the value we bring to clients goes far beyond aesthetics and form. Our projects are not just the result of skills – they are proof of partnership, transparency, and unconditional responsibility for the process.

From the very beginning, we opted for a model that gives our clients peace of mind and control – without unnecessary downtime, unclear communication, or last-minute surprises. We are a studio that combines a high level of design with a mature, agilely managed process.

Therefore, you can expect:

  • Punctuality without exceptions

    – projects always delivered as declared.

  • Immediate communication

if the brief changes or delays occur – we inform you right away, not after the fact.

  • Agile methodology

    – iterations, updates, refinement. No waiting in uncertainty.

  • A team of seniors

    – experienced designers who understand the business context and the needs of large brands.

  • Team stability

    – we rarely use freelancers to ensure continuity and full availability of our services.

  • QA Design Tester in every project

    – someone who doesn’t design, but verifies every detail. Because a brief is not a suggestion – it’s a commitment.

  • Shared project environment

    – we created a proprietary application for managing collaboration, which reduces the number of emails to a minimum. Communication takes place in the context of specific tasks, ensuring every piece of information goes where it should – and nothing gets lost in the depths of the inbox.
Clients see work progress in real-time, can ask questions, comment, and receive updates instantly. Everything is organized, transparent, and available 24/7.

We create designs that look good. But above all – they work exactly as they should.

What do those who work with us say?

We don't have to guess what our clients need – we simply talk to them. And listen. That's why we know that working with large brands involves more than just creativity. Availability, response time, and the certainty that someone truly understands the subject matter count.

That’s precisely why our projects are not just good graphics, but also real value in the daily work of marketing and brand teams:

  • Response in less than 10 minutes – because when something happens, you need an answer and confirmation now, not in several hours. In several hours, the advertising slot for your brand might no longer be available.
  • Project the next day – quickly, but without compromise. We know the work rhythm of large teams and know how to adapt.
  • Constant access to project status – you log in and see what stage we are at. Without needing to write, call, or remind us.
  • Project for tomorrow? No problem – if something takes 3–4 hours, you get it the next day by noon.
  • 80% fewer emails and calls – thanks to our application, communication is organized, task-oriented, and always in context.
  • QA Design Tester in the process – before we send anything, someone who knows the guidelines, the brand, and sees more than just a pretty composition checks it.
  • We ensure brand consistency – even when no one else notices. We don't just "do our own thing," but also react when something might deviate from established standards – even if suggestions come from the client's team members. This isn't lack of trust – it's caring for the brand as if it were our own. That's what true partnership is all about.
  • Technical perfection – materials ready for print, digital, and production – without additional corrections or consultations with the print shop.
  • Dedicated designer for your brand – someone who knows your brand like the back of their hand. From now on, you understand each other without words.
  • Help with texts – we not only design, but also create content. Concise, accurate, and in the tone of your brand.
  • Senior team – only experienced designers work on projects here. That's not a declaration – it's a standard.

Story

Like many projects, we started at a desk in an apartment, collaborating with various people. We still have good contact with most of them today — we reminisce about the beginnings over beer, laughter, and shared parties. There were times of rapid growth and even faster falls. Today, after almost seven years, we have our own place, a team, good habits, and our own work culture. Feel like joining us and continuing to write this story together?

In short: we are curious about the world and people

Space

We are an open studio – literally. We wouldn't call it coworking, but it's a rule that every now and then, a friend drops by with coffee or for a chat. If you have good intentions, come over, water the plants with us, pet the dog, and listen to music flowing from a 40-year-old SABA tube amplifier.

Turn old into new

70% of our studio's equipment consists of old, functional gems to which we gave a second life – furniture from the 60s and 70s, books, accessories, vintage audio. We like things with a history that – like us – timelessly combine aesthetics with functionality.

Sometimes you just need to look out the window and listen.
